Hi all, I have a client who utilizes airwave to alert when the aruba controllers exceed a threshold value using the wlsxThresholdExceeded parameter as a condition for the trigger. When this happens, it notifies a NMS server that something is wrong and opens an incident. Is there a way to setup a trigger, which would alert when the threshold goes below the value again - basically saying everything is back to normal?

With APs - we alert when Down and also when UP - this auto closes the incident and the tech's don't need to manually investigate. We need something similar if possible.

Does the controller generate any type of SNMP trap or syslog data when theshold is exceeded, but then goes below threshold again?

    Thanks.

The controller currently doesn't have a 'back to normal' trap msg.  That'd be a separate feature request to both AOS and AirWave products.
