VisualRF / Airwave java version

    Help

     

    we have just put in Aruba through out our campus and starting to use airwave(8.0.10). My problem is trying to import drawings into visualRF planner or airwave from a windows 7 64bit PC. I have floor plans extracted from autocard 2016 using wblock in dwg format (also tried pdf jpeg etc) but i keep getting the same error on both products This looks to be a client side java error. I have tried old and new java. anyone seen this before?

    validation fatal error at (1, 1) [Content is not allowed in prolog.]

     

     

     

    SOLVED. helps if you add in a campus building before a floor plan :)

    Glad you were able to resolve that.  Yes, for floor plans, it helps to have campus and buildings already created before importing floor plans.
