Airwatch & Clearpass

    My clearpass is not able to communicate with Airwatch, Its showing the following error

    It could be muliple things. Is this new install? Proxy in line? Firewall issue.

    Please review the doc.

    Proxy is OK, CPPM is able to get update from aruba.

    In firewall I dont think any issue is there, because as per my knowledge its a HTTPS connection.

    One more thing I'm using   CNxx.airwatchportals.com .

    Any way to verify 2-way communication along the path, perhaps a brief packet capture or logs on a firewall?
