    Hey,

     

    CPPM Ver: 6.0.2.48275 (Onboard, Guest Integrated)

    ArubaOS Ver: 6.1.3.4

     

    This is probably a stupid question but...

     

    We have some devices in the Endpoints database that have the "MAC Vendor" field populated and some that don't.

     

    In particular we have this new iPad mini thing we are testing with. It doesn't have the "MAC Vendor" field populated. But we have also connected an older iPad 2 and it's "MAC Vendor" field was populated.

     

    Is this because the iPad mini is just a newer device and the CPPM/ArubaOS hasn't classified it's MAC yet?

    Is there somewhere we can update this manually?

     

    We just recently setup DHCP Fingerprinting as well and that doesn't seem to have made a difference.

     

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi,

     

       The latest fingerprints that are supposed to be updated by 15th MArch, contains the fix. Anyone with a valid subscription ID will automatically be updated to the latest version after March 15th.

    So it is just because the Fingerprints DB doesn't contain the MAC then?
