This looks like an early CPPM 6.3 issue related to dates in translations (languages). Check for updates to go to the latest 6.3, remove the date fields in your receipt, use a US-English language browser or disable the Spanish translation in ClearPass.
Starting ClearPass 6.3.1, this should be resolved. Other reasons to upgrade to the latest release too, like the Heartbleed fixes.
