When a request to approve a guest account is received, we get this error message "Please enter a valid date and time." when we click on confirm. This issue only appears to happen in this office out of the many we have.

Did this ever work? What was the last change that you made to the guest duration?

This looks like an early CPPM 6.3 issue related to dates in translations (languages). Check for updates to go to the latest 6.3, remove the date fields in your receipt, use a US-English language browser or disable the Spanish translation in ClearPass.
Starting ClearPass 6.3.1, this should be resolved. Other reasons to upgrade to the latest release too, like the Heartbleed fixes.
