Cant access to aruba 3200xm controller from other vlan

    Hi

     

    Why I cant access to aruba web management when my computer is on different vlan than the controller? Im able to ping to it. Everytime I need to access to it, I have to physicallly go the the server room and direct plug my computer to the controller switch port.

     

    I deployed some 650 and 3400 model didnt encounter this type of problem. Is there any default access rule that have been specify ?

    what happens when you try to access it via the web?  Is there a firewall between you and the controller?

    Thanks for the reply, When I want to web access, the page didnt appear. The browser just keep on loading but nothing happen.

     Attached is my network diagram. Internal network didnt go thru firewall

    do you have correct default gateway set on your controller?

    Is the interface / VLAN set as trusted?

    my interface are set to trusted, I think it is gateway issue.
