I have deployed CPPM server in my network and End devices get authenticated. Now a days i am facig issue sometimes that some of my client systems whwrein clear pass on guard is installed are facing authenticattion failed meaasge. I have checked end systems and observed Clear pass on guard health status remains in INITIALIZE state. I installed updated claer pass on guard but issue remained same.
Please help how to troubleshoot this as theses syatems are not going into Quarantine also.

Please open a TAC case.
They will need to look at the logs on the pcs on guard agent to troubleshoot.
