I'm confused about difference between   Persistent Agent & Dissolvable Agent

is this software to be installed on PC ? what is the difference ?

The Persistent agent is installed on a PC and runs constantly.  The dissolvable agent runs as a java applet and only runs in a web page.

Is Persistent Agent a   ".1x"  agent ?  or it is just health monitoring agent ?

Can i use it for  ".1x" authentication instead of windows   builtin ".1x" 

The agent is for health/posture. The built in NAP feature in Windows can
be used as well.

It is only a health and posture monitoring agent.  It does not do 802.1x, and you cannot use it for 802.1x authentication.

Aruba does not have a 802.1x agent.

 

The question is, what are you trying to accomplish with a 802.1x agent?

as other vendors claims to have mopre advanced options when using their own .1x Agent like re-auth interval ,...

Reauth interval is a function of radius, not the agent. You do not want to have to install an agent on all of your devices, trust me. On guard is for NAC that cannot be done outside of standard radius.
