    I have some problems when i use the Sponsorship confirmation email. I have to send it as a HTML page because a link needs to be included. Only clearpass sends it with an css file. Because of this attachment IOS devices are not displaying the e-mail correctly. Can someone help me with this. Thanks in advance.

    Did you use a copy of the existing templates? Because in the body you can add url's. That's were clearpass puts the accept/deny or the "click here" links.

     

    Haven't noticed problems with iOS devices. Might suggest using a different skin? I mostly use the native receipt format as skin. This one is just a simple grid layout, also mostly preferred by our customers.
