Are we required to have the 64GB for VMs starting in 6.4.1?

For the Ram the appliances have 64 min recommendation is 24.

So are you confirming a typo in 6.4.1 release notes?

I will confirm

The Release Notes are CORRECT.

 

We have had some mis-understanding with regard to the memory requirement of the 25K VM, so to make it more clear and remove any uncertainty of the requirements going forward we are aligning the memory requirement  with those of the HW appliance.

 

64GB of DRAM and 24 vCPU's.
