Clearpass logging user same account

    Hello,

    I contact you for a question about Clearpass guest.
    I created an account which can be use by several user (different mac adress).

    It work perfectly but it's not possible to track the name and surname, I only see the mac adress when the user logs.

    is it possible to add a form (or another solution) after authentification with this account to confim name and surname before to entrance in the network .

    You should create a different account for all users. Make the username their email address. You cannot record the details if every user is using the same username and password...
