i want to Update my ClearPass Policy Manager 220.127.116.11095.
I set and update my Proxy settings.
I want to download, see below
JRE Installers for ClearPass OnGuard Java Agent Help
i get the following messages: Download is stuck or interrupted. Please run check run status now and retry.
If i start check status now, everything works fine. Following messages displayed: Done querying for updates from ClearPass Webservice.
Why i can`t download this patch ? Does somebody has any idea ?

If it says download is stuck, you typically need to get TAC to clear it: http://community.arubanetworks.com/t5/AAA-NAC-Gues
I am not aware of any other way, unfortunately.
