Custom fields not displaying

Hi everyone, Last one from me (I hope) We have a custom field that is populated from a drop down list on account creation. When looking at the accounts in the Manage Accounts screen, I can see all of the locations listed. However, if you select an account and click on Sessions, the Location field is listed but it blank. I have tried deleting it from the view and re-adding but this hasn't made any difference. Any ideas why this isn't showing? Thanks Gordie

Hi Victor,

 

This is a user account rather than a device added.  Would this still show in the endpoint DB?

Is there anything in particular that I should be looking for? 

 

The location shows on the manage accounts pages, so I am unsure why it displays on one screen and not the other.
