    Hi,

     

    I'm trying to add a device under "Network->Device" in Clear Pass Policy Manager 6.1.0 virtual appliance, but it's throwing a message with text saying "null".

    It's not quiet clear from what's the problem is.

     

    Can anyone let me know what could the problem?

    I assume you are running 6.1?  Do you have issues saving other items in the UI?    Try installing the following patch:

     

    PatchClearPass Admin Hanging patch for 6.1.0+
