Can someone provide list of disadvantages of using dot1 x for server ports
I know about few like - etherchannel, trunking, teaming won't work .
Any other addition to this ?

Not something we ever recommend doing. Datacenters ports should be physically secure.
Why are you trying to do this?

Thanks . actually few sites very small have local servers and one of our customers have asked our recommendation on this
