EAP-PEAP - Domain Join?

    Does ClearPass need to be joined to a domain in order to use EAP-PEAP?

     

    Reason being that SMBv1 is disabled in our customer's environment.

    Yes, legacy EAP methods like PEAPv0/EAP-MSCHAPv2 require domain join due to the use of the legacy protocol, NTLM.
