EAP failures

I wonder if anyone could interpret the following errors I am seeing on Clearpass when users are authenticating (EAP-PEAP) -


MSCHAP: AD status:Pipe broken (0xc000014b)
MSCHAP: AD status:NT_STATUS_IO_TIMEOUT (0xc00000b5)
MSCHAP: Authentication failed
EAP-MSCHAPv2: User authentication failure


The one above is different in the line "Pipe broken" - not sure what this means.



eap-peap: Conflicting identities '1person' and '' in the request
TLS session reuse error


Not sure where the error lies here - is it in AD or client-side.


Any help would be appreciated. This is for a customer so I don't have the luxury of looking at the users device or their AD account.

1.  There is no connectivity between the domain controller and ClearPass
