    Dear All,

     

    I have created the guest service using the guest access with mac caching. mac caching works and the mac addredd gets cached.

    second time when the guest user logs in with in the cached period i get an error as attached. It is not able to get the parameters from insight DB. I have enabled the insight from the server manager.

    You should have two services and from what I can see you only have the radius. You should also have one that is mac auth.

     

    Use the service templates and create the services.
