Something happened to one of my services during the upgrade to 6.3.x and I don't know where to look now. The service would authenticate clearpass guest operators against AD so I can have a security group of receptionists able to sign into the clearpass guest portal to create and modify accounts. It was working before the update so that's why I'm thinking it was broke during the update.
Can somebody shed some light on what happened or what I'm missing?
Oh, I forgot to say I'm not seeing any logging in CPPM Access Tracker so it's not even hitting the service.
Can you see anything in the alert dashboard :
Make sure that all your services are running :
Did you reboot your server after the upgrade ?
Make sure that your service it's enabled ?
I haven't rebooted since the last reboot of the upgrade. I can maybe try that tonight.
Services are all running except virtual IP but I'm not doing high availability. I'm seeing entries in the Event Viewer for successful Admin UI logins for the local Admin account but no other type of logins are there.
I'm stumped because it was working fine.
check the status to see if it requires a reboot:
Status is Installed for 6.3.1 Patch.
Thanks
Same issue with Operator logins not working on CPG.
Local accounts (including Admin) can no longer log in as an operator.
Although the Access Tracker show's a valid login, I get invalid username/password on CPG login screen.
