We have configured ClearPass guest and where Sponsor will create the accounts for guest. The sponsor will share the credentials to the Guest. The problem is after creation of Guest account, sponsor couldnt able to get the mail with account details but at the same time it is trying to send the mail to Guest email address. Could you please anyone help me to configure where after Guest account creation sponsor shoudl get the mail.

Clearpass Guest> Pages> Self-Registration.  Click on Guest Self Registration in the Right pane and click on Edit.  Click on "Sponsor Confirmation" in the upper right to enable Sponsor Confirmation.

Thank you for the response! But we are not using Guest self registraton for the visitors. Here Sponsor will create the guest account with his operator login and sponsor should get the email with created account details.

Then sponsor will take the print of that mail and handover the details to the visior so here there is no concept of guest self registration

The sponsor should have the option of sending the email to the guest or anyone after the account is created:

Whenever the guest account is created with the Sponsor details then the sponosr should get an email with the created Guest account details.

This does not happen automatically, because the guest still has to get the credentials from the sponsor.  The page I printed out gives the sponsor who created the message the option to print it out or email it to the guest.  Ideally, the sponsor would not observe any guest credentials.
