I have Airwave and IAP205 my guests are timing out after 30 minutes

    I have Airwave and IAP 205 devices, i have specified a GUEST SSID within Instant Config of Airwave and everything is working except users on the GUEST network timeout after about 30 minutes.

     

    Is there a way to extend that timeframe?

    Unfortunately you won't be able to do this with the IAP/Airwave and you will need a guest solution like ClearPass Guest Module that can keep track of each device mac address (Mac Caching) and allow them access to guest network for certain amount time (customizable) without presenting the Registration Page

    Off hand do we know what the actual timeout is within the IAP/Airwave system?
