    Now that IOS 10 and Sierra (aka 10.12) has been officially released and we've done our retesting post beta images, I wanted to share with you what we've been seeing so far in terms of compatibility.

     

    QuickConnect, Onboard, 802.1X, and Profiling don't appear to have any issues with ClearPass 6.5.7 or 6.6.2 (latest releases).

     

    With OnGuard, our recommendation is to upgrade to ClearPass 6.6.2 which has full support for MacOS Sierra.

     

    If you are running an older release, here is the level of support we have for this new operating system and OnGuard.

     

    ClearPass 6.5.7

    • Partial MacOS Sierra (aka 10.12) Support
    • OnGuard cannot detect Disk Encryption Status or presence of Virtual Machines

    ClearPass 6.5.6/6.6.1

    • Limited MacOS Sierra (aka 10.12) Support
    • OnGuard cannot detect Disk Encryption Status, Patch Management, Firewall Status or presence of Virtual Machines
