Instant, websense and Microsoft NPS Radius Server

    Hello,

     

    I need to configure an Aruba Instant environment with 802.1x using Microsoft NPS Server. This works.

     

    Now i need to filter all the traffic with Websense Triton Radius Agent Proxy. The authentication works, but Websense don't identifies the user. For this to work Websense say's the Radius attributes "User-Name" and "Framed-IP-Address" need to be passed.

    How will i configure this in Aruba Instant and on the Microsoft NPS Radius?

     

    Please help me!!!

    not sure if Aruba Instant will send those attributed but i assume you have to enable RADIUS accounting (on the security tab of your SSID) and then put the Websense there as accounting server.

    Thank you so much!!! This was the solution! I putted the Websense Server as Accounting server and immediatly it worked!
