    I want to direct few clients to a particular SSID based on its certificate. Is this possible on Aruba Controller? If yes how to do this? I am running ArubaOS 6.4.2.6.

    No this is not possible. The certificate is examined after association. You could however let the user on and put them in a captive portal role that tells them they have to switch SSIDs manually.
