These are two ClearPass Guest System Administrations. The one on the left is running on VM ESX, the right one is on Hyper-V which we are testing and planning to migrate to. The Hyper-V has no left menu pane.
How can I put the left menu pane on the Hyper-V ClearPass guest? (My CPPM is version 6.6)

CP Guest – Administration - Plugin Manager – Local Operator Logins – Configuration
Skin change from Default to ClearPass Guest Skin, and Restore default configuration, still no left menu pane.

Yes, that's correct. Did you try clearing your browser cache after the change? If that still doesn't help, I would open a TAC case.

Found it, finally. Go to:
CP Guest - Administration - Plugin Manger - Skin Pluggins
Only one plugin skin is enable, and it is the skin for CP Guest/Onboard. In my case the "Blank Skin" was enable. To fix, I clicked "Enable" the "Aruba ClearPass Skin".

Boys Town has an actual skin -- is there a reason you're not using it and instead using the default "Aruba ClearPass Skin" or "ClearPass Guest Skin" ??
