    Dear Experts,

    We need help from you...

    Senario:

    ------------

We have deployed Aruba3200 Controller and AP105s, with 802.1x authentication using windows IAS (Radius).

    Used WPA2 with AES.

    Issue we are facing:

    --------------------------

Machine auth is not working, for example; When user logs off from the system, the system will be out of the Network, so all our Group policies/updates/Av patches fro our Active directory to the system does not happen, since the system is not on the network.

Pleae help us in this regards,

    Thanks in Advance!!!

Can you be more specific please?

When you say out of network do you mean the device completely disconnects?

    Some simple tests.

When you first boot up the device do you see it in the user table and does the internal database get automatically populated with the MAC address of the device.  When you have machine authenticating properly configured the controller caches the MAC in the Internal Database which you can see.
