I tried to do machine + user authentication with EAP-TLS as authentication method.
But when doing machine authentication, its getting timeout and showing below error in CPPM,
Error Code: 9002
Error Category: RADIUS protocol
Error Message: Request timed out
Alerts for this Request
RADIUS Request Timed out
And after failing to do machine authentication the same machine is doing user authentication. Which is working as expected.

Who is issuing the certificates?
What version of Windows?
Is the supplicant configured through group policy?

9002 and a timeout can be because a client is asked to trust a server certificate, but does not. Has this ever worked? There is quite a bit of work to get EAP-TLS working.
