I have a Moto 4G Plus running Android 6. My organisation's WiFi directs me to download the Clearpass QuickConnect app to connect to the Internet. After doing that, I'm directed to download a .networkconfig file.
After Chrome downloads the file, nothing happens. I'm not able to open the file in the QuickConnect app.

Your organization should open a TAC case. There is specific information that we need from them to take this further..

We are facing the same very problem in our organization too. However, Aruba completely shun us off stating that it is not an Aruba issue but a device specific issue. The device in question in our case is a Xiaomi Redmi Note 3. I am just waiting for users with other devices to come up with same issues and I guess the response from Aruba is still going to be the same.
