OnGuard Agent uninstall

    Hi:

    Can someone help with an uninstall of the OnGuard Agent from a Windows 7 machine?

    I've looked at: http://community.arubanetworks.com/t5/AAA-NAC-Guest-Access-BYOD/Multiple-ways-of-Uninstalling-OnGuard-from-Windows-Client/ta-p/216449

    but that didn't work.

     

    When I try to re-run the install program, I select English' and then it disappears, and nothing else happens.

    There is no uninst.exe program in the ClearpassOnGuard directory.

     

    I've even tried doing a Windows system restore, but it fails.

     

    Is there a tool for uninstalling OnGuard?

    Do I need to purge every registry key that references this program? If so, is there a list of steps for a manual uninstall?
