Onboard Issue with some device

    Hi,
    I have configure the onBoard system.
    It seems work properly with some android devices, but seems not works on other.

    All devices complete the onboarding procedure, but some fails authentication.
    On the devices the confiugrations are the same, the network profile show that the protocol to use i "tls" but for some reason on the clerpass access's traker, I see that the problematic client uses "EAP" such as authentication method and not "EAP-TLS", this transaction fail with the error:

    [Th 11 Req 361618 SessId R00026144-01-56eac06a] ERROR RadiusServer.Radius - rlm_eap: Client doesn't support any method that we require. Rejecting client.

    The device in question is a samsung GT-I9195.

    Can you help me to understand why?
    Maybe exist a list of supported device?

    What version of Android?
    Is it rooted?

    HI,

    is not rooted and the version I don't remember correctly but i think that is kitkat or jelly beans.

    I'll verify.
