Online Status in Access Tracker Incorrect - CPPM version 6.5.1

In Access Tracker my device that is currently connected is showing Online Status = Offline.  In the Accounting tab it shows the device as currently active.  My Cisco switch is sending Accounting packets to ClearPass and CoA is working correctly to change the status of the switch port (ie. ReAuthenticate Session works fine).  

 

What mechanism toggles the Online Status value offline/online?

One thing I noticed is the timestamp on the Summary screen and the accounting tab are different.  The accounting tab has the date from yesterday, not the current date today when the session started.  The time on the switch is correct.  Is there a cached timestamp for radius accounting somewhere that could affect the Online status becuase of this?

Can you go to Monitoring > Accounting and look for that device and see if the information showing there is correct ?

Do you have enabled :
Administration » Server Manager » Server Configuration > Log Accounting Interim-Update Packets, on all your servers ?

Victor,

 

Yes, the device shows up in Monitoring --->Accounting and the information looks correct.

Logging of interim packets is also turned on both nodes in the cluster.

I suggest you open a TAC case to get to the bottom of this .

Still working with TAC to resolve issue.  The subscriber shows the status correct, while the publisher is incorrect.

what ended up being the resolution? I'm on 6.6.2, with the same thing happening
