actually we are not able to login to CPPM. We have a license for 500 Guests and Devices. We get the Message on CPPM:
Policy Manager unique authentication count exceeded the license limit. Please update with a new license key to continue.
And on Guest Manager:
A valid Guest or Onboard license is required
We have about 50 Guest User active a day.
I think we have an error on our Service Config and Cached all MAC´s. The timer isn´t reset.
Any idea how we can get access back to our Server?

They'll generate a temp license to use. Afterwards, you can ask to reset your license and add that one again. Then, you'll need to check why it reached the limit as this should've given you a warning for the past 4-6 months.
