    How to block to access external proxy server like openvpn and etc.,.

    First you have to identify the ports that you want to block.  Then you need to deny them.

    Do you know all the port numbers for proxy.?? many proxy is there to bypass firewall, how to stop them..??

    Ok many proxy work ssh through https example.identity cloaker and etc, it is created encrypted tunnel. So they can easily bypass. if i block ssh service in aruba controller..

    this kind of proxy server will be blocking by stateful firewall which is included in aruba.

    i don't believe aruba offers this kind of application detection yet. you might want to look at some application level firewall like checkpoint or palo alto. as aruba is working for application detection itself now there might be a moment it will be supported.
