Conflicting advice now...I have now been told a 3200 WITH memory upgrade will not support 6.2.x.x. OS, and have been told it WILL support it.
Anyone out there know for sure?

WILL. Let me check on the release notes...
The release notes do not mention that the 3200 with the memory upgrade is supported. That language should make it into the next released release notes...

Taken from the 126.96.36.199 release notes,
ArubaOS 6.2.x is supported only on the newer MIPS controllers (7200 Series, M3, 3400, 3600, 600 Series,
3200XM, and any 3200 controller with its memory upgraded using 3200-MEM-UG kit).
