Unable to join corporate WLAN using Microsoft Radius Server authenticaton

Hi,

has anyone ever come across any problem when using a MS Radius Server for authentication on their WLAN? We currently operate 3 SSIDs, one has a guest portal, one a shred key and the other uses Radius. The first two work fine but connecting devices to the radius is inconsistent at best. Devices will connect then drop off the wifi or not connect at all. We have gone so far as to build a 2nd radius server and still no improvement. Out support company currently has an open case with Aruba. If any has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated?

The open case is the best way to resolve that issue.  The event viewer  in the MS Radius Server and the controller logs at the time it is happening, I'm sure will help, so you might want to setup a syslog server and user debugging to determine what is going on at the time.  Taking a note of where it happens, when it happens and what kinds of devices it happens to as well, will help support piece together what is happening.
