VIA SSL failback not working

    Hello,

     

    I have a working VIA configuration. Only one issue to fix. SSL fallback is not working. I Have enabled SSL fallback from the controller. When testing the fallback I see following error message on client: "SSL tunneling could not be turned on". Didn't find anything from the manual about this.

     

    Controller OS version is 6.1.3.5 and VIA is version 2.1.1.1.36296 (Win7 x64)

     

    Any help appriciated.

    Are you allowing TCP port 443 inbounds to your controller?  That is necessary for SSL failback to work.
