    Hi There,

     

    We have an SSID setup with EAP-PEAP and users have been able to connect to it for awhile now. But we have a consultant that has came in with a windows 10 laptop and when he tries to connect it comes up with the following popup right where you should be putting the username and password for the AD domain. Other windows 10 laptops can connect fine so I am not sure what is different about this one. Or how can I fix this one?

    What happens when you select "Enter/select additional logon information"? Do you get the u/p prompt?

    When we select "Enter/select additional login information" the "select certificate" box pops up.

    You'll likely need to add the SSID/network manually.
