clearpass onguard agent AV detection

    hello,

     

    we are running clearpass onguard perssitent agent,

    on the posture enforcment we are not able to find our AV(trend micro office scan agent) we used all availabe trend micor option on clearpass posture,

    is there an trick or solution to let aruba add our trend micro office scan ?

     

    note; clearpass database and AV check all updated,

    What is the exact name and version of the product you're trying to detect?

    its trend micro office scan

     

    agent version is 12.0.1556

    is there any option from onguard agent to detect  registery or something to help to detect it in another way?
