    Hi, we can not active 2 clearpass 500 node VMs with Guest Manager100;


    We find some issues:

    1, These two VMs in a cluster are evaluation version VMs. Is it possible that to active a permanent license on a trial version VM?

    2,We found that these two CLEARPASS 500 VM have different subscription ID, is it mandatory that all CLEARPASS SERVERs in a cluster must share a subscription ID.

    Yes, you can only have 1 subscription ID per cluster.



    You can convert an eval 500 to a production 500 by using the following
    command at the CLI:



    System morph-vm CP-VA-500
