does clearpass 6.6 does not support controller 620 or 650?

    I have a clearpass server and I have 2 stand alone controlelrs 1 is 7030 and 1 iis 620 ,I have confgured both of them with teh Clearpass ,the issue is taht I cant see any request comeing from the 620 controller at all or anything in event veiwer no thing is comeing at all?

    If you are using ClearPass as a Radius Server, jthe 620 or 650 should be able to send authentication traffic to it.

     

    Please either troubleshoot your network issue or check to see if you have a shared key issue in Clearpass under Monitoring> Event Viewer
