I'm having an issue where Clearpass 220.127.116.11196 is profiling two of the same model make/model computers (Windows 7) incorrectly. They are not running any VM's. One is profiled as windows, the other as Linux Chrome OS.
Here's the Linux one:
Any thoughts as to why they are different? I think it's the Host User Agent since the DHCP options are the same.

I've had this happen a couple of times. The best way to get this resolved is to open a TAC case and they'll make the necessary adjustments the next time they have an Endpoint Fingerprint update.
