guest access and proxy redirect

    HI, have an issue with a guest user role where i want to point http/s traffic to a barracuda web filter. at the moment they have to set manual proxy settings, so set up a transparrent proxy rule,

     

    user any service http dst-nat 172.18.x.x 8080 

    user any service https dst-nat 172.18.x.x 8080

     

    simple enough but no joy at all , looking at firewall hits can see hits to both rules, any ideas ??

    Is the traffic hitting barracuda?

    Hi, not sure to be honest... I have been told that you cant transparently proxy https, no matter what vendor, this would explain it.
