I believe the general consensus is that reviewing the VRDs is the best way to prepare for it.

Reviewing the VRDs and real world experience designing an Aruba network. Make sure you are very familiar with Aruba's product line of controllers, APs, and server based solutions. Be prepared to create a bill of materials (bom) with the appropriate number of Aruba devices for a given scenario. Review the scaling numbers for Aruba controllers. Also, you should be familiar with Visio and VisualRF Plan. Kimberly Graves, ACMX, ACDX

So, there are no classes specifically for ACMX/ACDX?

For ACMX, there are recommended courses:

     Mobility Track

ACDX is a little trickier.  Per the study guide we recommend 2 years working with and designing/quoting Aruba gear and knowledge of the VRDs.
