    This new small company I started working for is surprisingly using an HP Aruba 5412R z12 Switch. I needed some learning material that would be able to help with the switch between Cisco and HP.

    There is no simulation software available for the HPE Aruba ArubaOS switching, like the 5400R series.

     

    Documentation for these switches is available at www.hpe.com/networking/library (software at www.hpe.com/networking/mynetworking); and if you search from Cisco in the library, you will find a document: Aruba HPE Networking and Cisco CLI Reference Guide, that can be used to find the equivalent commands between Cisco, HPE Aruba ArubaOS (referenced in the document as Provision) and HPE Aruba Comware. 

     

    ArubaOS switching and Provision are full CLI compatible.
