I wanted to let you know about a change we have made that should make your lives easier.
Starting today (8/11/14), the Training Portal (LMS) is now connected to the Aruba SSO infrastructure. So customers and employees no longer need to create accounts manually to register for training. Partners have been using SSO for awhile now via Partner Center and their method for logging in will not change. They should still log into Partner Center and access the Training Portal (LMS) from there. Customers and Employees may now log in directly on the Training Portal (LMS) with their SSO account.
One thing to note: The Training Portal (LMS) uses Firstname, Lastname, and email as a unique identifier. If you have taken training before and had an account on the Training Portal (LMS) and (for example) used a different Firstname than you used for SSO, your training history will not show up as the system will think you are a new user. In that case, please e-mail:
training@arubanetworks.com and we can merge the accounts so you¹ll keep all your history.
