    Hi guys, Aruba Switch how should disable NTP service, i use key word "NTP" search 7.1.2 version guide, but i can't not found any NTP key word.

    Hi sir:

     

             I setting switch NTP server <ip address>, i use ntp software assign switch ip the Switch already change NTP server ? I hope my switch can't change NTP to server, i need NTP client. Thanks

    The "ntp server" command is to enable the switch to be an NTP client. The command is used to supply the NTP's server address.

            Why i use NTP software and assign switch ip, i can sync time? I want defense NTP attack. Thank you.

    The switch is not an ntp server so you don't need to worry about the NTP DoS attacks.
