    Hi,

I am new to this community and wanted to learn more about hp switches

Currently we have hp 2930 as stacks using chain topolgy.

    We have several vlan setups.

I am struggling to configure member 2 in the stack through the commander.

For example if I want to configure a port which is located on switch member 2 port 2/34 onto (vlan office) from (Vlan Reception) what are the commands.

If someone can tell me step by step commands please much appreciated.

    Regards

Are these all part of the same VSF?

On ArubaOS switches, you configure the VLAN and then attach ports to it either untagged or tagged.

For example if your Office VLAN is VLAN2, and port 1/8, 2/2 through 2/5 must be access ports in that VLAN, and port 1/5 is the (tagged) uplink, the config could be like this:

    vlan 2
       name "Office"
       untagged 1/8,2/2-2/5
       tagged 1/5
       ip address 10.254.1.1 255.255.255.0
       exit

Is that what you are looking for?
