I have a 650 controller that is supporting 12 AP-105s and 3 SSIDs. I need to 4 more AP-105s (205s would be nice if it will supoport them). I only have about 45 (out of 375) MB of free memory. Roughly how much memory could I expect 4 APs to use boradcasting 3 SSIDs? Also can I upgrade the memory in the 650?

    Thanks,

There's really no way to predict the memory usage. The memory cannot be upgraded on the 600 series controllers.

but the 650 should be able to support 16 APs so you should be able to add another 4 APs.

205 require ArubaOS 6.4, 6.4 supports the 6xx series, so you could go with the 205.
