7210 Controller no response

    Hi guys,

     

     I met a problem today,my 7210 controller didn't response the command 'show run'.

     

    (7210) #show running-config | include "ip route"
    Building Configuration...
    Module Configuration Manager is busy. Please try later
     
    (7210) #show log all 10
     
    Jul  6 14:03:45  isakmpd[3587]: PAPI_Send: sendto Configuration Manager failed: Resource temporarily unavailable Message Code 5010 Sequence Num is 15749 
    Jul  6 14:03:46  isakmpd[3587]: PAPI_Send: To: 7f000001:8226 Type:0x4 Timed out. 
    Jul  6 14:04:01  isakmpd[3587]: PAPI_Send: sendto Configuration Manager failed: Resource temporarily unavailable Message Code 5010 Sequence Num is 15750 
     
    And I found someone had the same problem :
     
     
    But my IOS have aleady upgraded to 6.4.2.6.
     
    Could some tell me how to do ?

    You should probably open a case.  There are quite a few reasons why this could happen..  high cpu maybe?  If so, TAC would need to analyse your setup to know what is causing the high CPU and figure out if it is an existing or new bug.

    I may found the reason which caused my controller kept saying 'Modul is busy'.

    I enabled the DPI function.

    But is this a bug or something? You can't enable the DPI in the firewall?

    You should definitely be able to use DPI. Please open a TAC case.
